GET READY FOR OUR 2016 CAMP! July 18th-23rd!
Welcome to the Richard Wesp Memorial Summer Music Camp information page!
The Richard Wesp Memorial Summer Music Camp is a weeklong program devoted to private musical study and fellowship. This camp is designed for children between the ages of 8 and 14 who wish to continue their musical education over the summer. Students of all abilities are welcome! Myself and the other faculty members will adapt our instruction to help the students grow even if they have had very little experience with music.
Students will choose between piano, voice, or guitar to serve as their primary instrument of study and have one-on-one instruction with a highly qualified teacher. Students will also participate in group lessons with other campers on another instrument of their choosing (piano, voice, or guitar). Along side their musical instruction, there will be structured activities to include guided fellowship and social activities for the children to get to know each other and develop meaningful friendships.
